Diabetes Community General Practitioners Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Comprehensive Guidelines Promotion Effect Evaluation Research

It has been two and a half years since the training and popularizing of the Traditional Chinese Medicine rehabilitation guidelines of diabetes for the community general practitioners in some of Community Health Service Institutions in Beijing. It turns out a positive effect on diabetic patients’rehabilitation and a preliminary show of the guidelines’therapeutic effect. However, there’s a lack of not only a systematic exposition of extension effect about the whole guidelines, but also a comprehensive evaluation of social benefits economic benefits cost-effectiveness aiming at pilot institutions、 community general practitioners and diabetic patients.This study was aimed to analysis and give a synthetical review on the extension effect of the Traditional Chinese Medicine rehabilitation guidelines of diabetes based on the Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Project of Beijing:The training and popularized of the Traditional Chinese Medicine rehabilitation guidelines of diabetes for the community general practitioners, which is popularized and applied in Community Health Service Institutions. At the same time, it discussed the influencing factors on the promotion of the guidelines and the interaction among those factors. In order to draw a quantitative index for the further promotion.This paper had a descriptive study on the traditional Chinese Medicine rehabilitation guidelines of diabetes, meanwhile, it evaluated extension effect of the guidelines by questionnaire method、 structured interview、 comprehensive analysis method, and explored promotion influence factors on the guidelines.The result showed that some therapies of guidelines had problems in safety and the effectiveness, which should be improved, while the whole guidelines got community general practitioners and diabetic patients’s approval, which could have a further promotion and development in the process. The community general practitioners’knowledge structure and enthusiasm and funds problem were the most main factors in limiting the wide range promotion.Therefore, we should enhance the propaganda work of Traditional Chinese Medicine rehabilitation therapies and enthusiasm in studying and using of community general practitioners in further extention, in order to improve the usage rate and coverage of the guidelines.
