BackgroundLeukemia is one of China’s top ten high incidence of malignant disease, a serious threat to public health. The treatment cycle, repeated rotation of the treatment programs, often leads to multidrug resistance (MDR) phenomenon, reduce the role of drugs on leukemia cells, of which30%-60%of patients with leukemia will develop refractory acute leukemia, a serious impact patient survival and prognosis. How to reverse the multidrug resistance phenomenon has been the focus of hematological study in recent years, research will explore its pathogenesis to treatment, but pathogenesis of multidrug resistance mechanism is complex, interaction, and effective reversal drugs such as verapamil and cyclosporin A, which produce toxic side effects due to the effective dose. The patient is difficult to tolerance toxic side effects that limits the clinical application.
