Dhi Chuanhua Hemorrhoid Line Hanging Line Method For The Treatment Of Anal Pruritus Clinical Studies

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the pruritus ani treatment by the thread-drawing therapy with Jichuan pharmic thread, combined with the amputation of perianal nerve.Methods: A randomized study was made in60pruritus ani patients selected from the special anorectal hospital in Chengdu from September of2010to November of2011.The experimental group (30cases) received the treatment of the thread-drawing therapy with Jichuan pharmic thread, combined with the amputation of perianal nerve, while control group (30cases) using the thread-drawing therapy with common thread, combined with the amputation of perianal nerve.Results:The efficacy of the experimental group is100%, compared with90%of control group ten days after the operation. The efficacy of the experimental group(100%) was also higher than the the control group(86.67%) six months after the operation.Conclusion:This study is effctive in treating pruritus ani, the recurrence rate is lower.
