Removing The Spleen Kidney And Treatment Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Hypothyroidism Patients Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the improvement of symptoms and thyroid function (TSH, FT3and FT4), blood fat(TC,TG,LDL-C) in patients with the pattern of spleen-kidney yang deficiency of hypothyroidism,by way of warming and supplementing the spleen and kidney.Methods:Adopting randomized and single-blind methods,60cases met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the controls and treatment group. The control group using a therapy with Euthyrox, every50μg,1times a day for12weeks;The treatment group add wenbupishenfang to the control’s, every100ml,3times a day for12weeks. The patients’symptoms,signs, thyroid function, blood fat, And comprehensive efficacy were evaluated. The data were consistent with normal distribution.the use of x2. t test was used for statistical analysis;those who do not meet the normal distributiong using the wilcoxon test for statistical analysis.Count data were analyzed by chi-square Ridit.Results:The clinical studies show that:Treatment group, there were11cases markedly effective, effective in17cases, ineffective in2patients. The effective rate was36.7%, and total effective rate was93.3%.Control group,7cases markedly effective,16cases effective and7cases ineffective, markedly effective rate was23.3%, total effective rate was76.7%and difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Treatment group significantly improved symptoms, Treatment of warming yang and fortifying the spleen significantly improved symptoms,signs, Laboratory tests in the thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4), lipid index (TG、LDL-C) also is obviously improved.Conclusions:The method of warming yang and fortifying the spleen can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with the pattern of spleen-kidney yang of hypothyroidism, thyroid founction,blood lipids and other indicators also have significantly improved,a good therapeutic effect on spleen-kidney yang deficiency.
