Contraceptive Failure Remedial Measures And Menstrual Disease Disease Syndrome Distribution Of Hpoa Impact Study

Purpose:Through the investigation of menstruation conditions after the remedy measures for the failure of contraception (normal abortion, indolent abortion and medical abortion) and the investigation of the distribution of the different kinds of menstruation diseases and TCM Syndrome, we can get the dialectical theory basis on the relative normative TCM treatment for the remedy measures for the failure of contraception. Meanwhile, we can take the advantage of TCM to improve the cure rate of related menstrual diseases and probe into the reality of the menstrual diseases after the remedy measure.Method:According to the "10th5-year" Project textbook Chinese Gynecology(seventh edition) and Diagnostics of Chinese Medicine (sixth edition), develop a questionnaire, pay a return visit to gather information of conditions of the3rd month and6th month after the remedy measure, record the menstrual conditions and TCM syndromes, analyze the disease and syndromes, integrate the menstrual diseases and the distributing rule of the Chinese syndrome, and test the6female sex hormones on the women with menstrual diseases caused by the remedy measure.Result:â‘ The total testee quantity is377which take the remedy measure for the failure of contraception.18.83%of them get menstrual diseases in3months, and11.94%in6months. The rate of getting menstrual diseases of normal abortion, indolent abortion and medical abortion in3months are20.20%,18.67%and17.97%, and the rate of recovery in6months is36.62%.â‘¡The rate of scanty menstruation reaches35%,39.29%and26.09%in3months, and42.86%,42.11%and33.33%in6months, which is the highest among all the menstrual diseases caused by these3abortions.â‘¢These3kinds of abortions lead to4main TCM syndromes:a) deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, b) lier constraint and blood stasis, c) asthenia of qi and blood, d) heart-spleen deficiency. Among them, lier constraint and blood stasis occupies the highest ratio.50%for the normal abortion,46.43%for the indolent abortion and39.13%for the medical abortion.â‘£Chose59samples who get menstrual diseases after remedy measure for the failure of contraception to test the female sex hormone. The result shows:18of them are normal, and41of them are abnormal which count for69.49%. Among the6test items, PRL count for the most,16.95%. The descending order of abnormality of these6sex hormones are:LH, FSH, PRL, E2, P and T.Conclusion:â‘ All the normal, indolent and medical abortion can cause various menstrual diseases in which the scanty menstruation count for the highest.â‘¡The TCM syndromes of the menstrual diseases caused by normal, indolent and medical abortions are almost the same. The descending order of probability are: deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, lier constraint and blood stasis, heart-spleen deficiency and asthenia of qi and blood.â‘¢The test result of6sex hormones affected by remedy measure for the failure of contraception shows that both artificial abortion and medical abortion do have an effect on hypothalamus, hypophysis and HPOA.
