Object: Coronary Heart Disease with Stable Angina (Syndrome ofintermingled phlegm and blood stasis) as an example, explore to draw upa syndrome scoring table that is appropriate for the clinical doctor toevaluate the therapeutic effection of the patients with the Coronary HeartDisease with Stable Angina (Syndrome of intermingled phlegm and bloodstasis),and evaluate its reliability and validity.Method:According to the foreign research methods of the scalestudy and referencing the related research achievements,We gethered allthe related symptoms of the based on the study of the finishing relatedresearch, and form the item pool. Then we use the subjective method (DelphiMethod) and the objective method (Clinical Pre-investigation Method) tochoose the items from the item pool. And use the Zhengshi formula toquantify the items by marks to form the pre-evaluational Syndreome ScoreScale. At last to do the preliminary assessment to the Score Scale fromit’s relability and validity. And to revise it further up in order to formthe ultima Syndrome Score Scale for evaluating the therapeutic efficiencyof the Coronary Heart Disease with Stable Angina (Syndrome of intermingledphlegm and blood stasis).Result:The scale that we worked out contains two dimensions.Theyare dimension of disease and dimension of syndrome. The former one includestwo first order items that are chest pain and chest distress.Every firstorder items includes four second items that are frequency, duration, severity, and exercise tolerance. The latter one includes six first orderitems that are palpitation, short breath, limbs heaviness, dark purpletongue, tongue picture and pulse. The last two ones are qualitative indicators. They don’t participate in the scoring of therapeuticevaluation.Cronbach α of the Score Scale is0.783. Split-halfreliability is0.761.Re-test reliability is from0.731to0.985.Thecontent validities is acceptable. The related coefficient between everyitem and total score is from0.214to0.776.The related coefficient inthe dimension is from0.286to0.807.The structure of the Score Scale whichbe worked out with exploratory factor analysis is in keeping with ourtheory expected. The KMO is0.687.Total contribution rate is69.495%.Therelated coefficient between the Symdrome Score Scale and the TCM SymptomScore Scale is0.658.And with the first four items of SAQ is-0.512.Thecriterion validity of the scale is preferable. Conclusion:Through the preliminary evaluation,it is proved thatthe Syndrome Score Scale for evaluating the therapeutic efficiency of theCoronary Heart Disease with Stable Angina (Syndrome of intermingledphlegm and blood stasis) has eligible reliability and validity. It can beused as a measuring tool for clinical doctors to evaluate the therapeuticefficiency of the patients with Coronary Heart Disease with Stable Angina(Syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis).
