Purpose: Through to the repeated children with respiratory tract infectionand perform physical points type, determination of trace element in the blood, and discusses repeated children with respiratory tract infection type ofconstitution of traditional Chinese medicine and trace elements of therelationship.Materials and Methods: Select liaoning university of traditional Chinesemedicine hospital in March2010-September2010pediatric clinic RRTI in31casesof children, perform physical points type, with atomic absorptionspectrophotometry in blood trace elements (calcium, iron, zinc, copper, lead, manganese, chromium) content, and the same period and into12cases of normalchildren are compared. The data SPSS17.0software statistical analysisprocessing.Result:1. RRTI group31cases of after feeling with the quality single son in16cases(51.61%), including quality deficiency of8cases (25.81%), Yin deficiency of5patients (16.13%), phlegmy wet quality in2cases (6.45%); Compositequalitative15cases (48.39%), are all gas Yin deficiency of both quality.2. RRTI group calcium, iron, zinc, copper mean a control group to decrease, including iron, zinc with significant differences between the two groups (P <0.01; Lead, chromium manganese, mean more increased control group, whichincreased lead was significant difference (P <0.01, chromium increasedstatistical significance P <0.05.3. A single quality and composite quality of zinc, iron, lead and control groupwere significantly, composite qualitative elements and manganese in groupcompared with statistical differences P <0.05, calcium elements in a singlequality and composite quality comparison between statistical differences P < 0.05, but no statistical difference with the control group.4. RRTI group of children, lead in the80μ g/L above, a single quality andcomposite qualitative lead paint (>100μ g/L)4cases, respectively in9cases,accounting for25%,60%itself. Two kinds of physical lead for more than1:2.4.Conclusion:1.RRTI children uneven distribution of constitution in Chinese medicine type, gas Yin deficiency of both qualitative most (48.39%), followed by deficiencyof quality (25.81%), but a single physical and compound the distribution ofconstitution has not seen the obvious difference.2. RRTI children in the blood of the trace elements in existence disorder, iron, and zinc reduce and lead, chromium rise compared with the control all havestatistical significance.3. A single quality and composite qualitative comparison, in addition to calciumwere no statistically significant differences were found outside, compositequality than the control group in manganese increased statistical significance.4. RRTI children high lead levels, overweight (>100μ g/L) serious,31casesare in13cases (41.94%) to exceed bid, composite quality significantly morethan a single quality (2.4:1).
