Objective Vascular system of the liver and its internal multi-slice spiral CT scanning tomographic image data using Amira (France TGS company produced an interactive3D visualization and modeling capabilities in the three-dimensional reconstruction software) for the liver and its internalthe three-dimensional reconstruction of the vascular system and the three-dimensional display, and the resulting three-dimensional image with entities liver anatomical structure comparison and analysis of the advantage of the three-dimensional reconstruction of multislice spiral CT scan and clinical significance. Methods Processes as shown above. Is divided into four steps:(1) pretreatment to obtain a tomographic image;(2) the liver separate out the image from the tomographic image;(3) between two adjacent tomographic image interpolation, in order to make space in three directions with the same (or smaller difference) data;(4) after the reconstruction of three-dimensional image on a computer monitor three-dimensional display, its geometric transformation operations to complete the reconstruction of the faults. Anatomical characteristics according to the reconstruction of three-dimensional image analysis of the liver and its internal vascular system and entity of liver anatomical structure comparison analysis. Results Using the reconstruction of the Amira software on the CT scan data visible reconstructed image of the hepatic artery, vein, portal vein, liver anatomical structure clear, realistic shape, three-dimensional. Portal vein system, clearly demonstrated at all branches merged into the portal vein, splenic vein and superior mesenteric vein trunk, and hepatic can display various vascular perspective toward. The three-dimensional image to zoom in, zoom and rotation can be all-round observation of various anatomical structures. By adjusting the transparency and color difference can be displayed separately the various parts of the liver and its pipeline structure. Conclusions Model reconstruction after liver liver, the hepatic artery, hepatic vein, and portal vein, form realistic, three-dimensional. Various anatomic landmarks liver three-dimensional image reconstruction can truly reflect the actual volume of the liver and liver, such as hepatic artery and portal veins distribution, to walk the line and the adjacent relationship. Compared with the traditional image, form more realistic, three-dimensional feeling stronger. Important to promote the development of the science of anatomy and liver surgery.
