The Countermeasure Research Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry In Sichuan Area Production Alliance

With the changing times, the development of Traditonal Chinese Medicine (TCM) industry,which is an emerging strategic industry, has more value and function compared to other industries in the economic society. Recent years, TCM economic output has increased year by year, and is higher than the average level of the pharmaceutical industry, has been formed one hundred billion yuan of industry scale. Along with the TCM production enterprise increased, the production scale is further expanding, the medical market economic activity is gradually frequently, and now TCM industry is facing human material and financial resource constraints. This determines that we should adopt Industry,University and Research(IUR) alliance through mutual cooperation and innovation to realize the strategic goal of pharmaceutical enterprise development. Medicine industry alliance has become the preference of approaches to cooperation.beca.use of sharing the risk and pooling of interest.TCM is an important part of the greatest treasures in Chinese medicine,and its resources is the solid foundation to develop TCM industry. Sichuan has a variety of TCM resources, and more it has several thousand years of medicine experience. According to the appraisal and statistics from relevant section, in Sichuan. TCM resource occupy two-thirds of the whole country,output occupy one-tenths of the whole country. Sichuan medicine materials has great output and excellent quality. The advantage of Chinese medicine resources has huge potential and broad prospects in development of TCM industry in sichuan province. In sichuan province, the IUR cooperation of is still in the initial stage in the progress of developing TCM industry.the pharmaceutical enterprise is still in inferior position of scattering, distribution, small scale and less leading enterprises. So, in order to develop quickly and well, the TCM industry in Sichuan should further strengthen scientific research, combine industry, university and research, build up suitable operation mechanism which is perfect and efficient. This paper analyzes and summarizes the recent year literature and data statistics of IUR combination and TCM industry at home and abroad. It combines the theoretical research and empirical analysis through field visiting survey to the Sichuan representative Chinese medicine enterprise, university and research institutions. With the comparative analysis and historical analysis method, this paper analyses and assesses the development history of IUR cooperation of TCM systematically and objectively. And on the characteristics of TCM industry and combination of historical research and development experience both at home and abroad, in order to cultivate and construct the development of IUR alliance of Sichuan TCM, this paper proposes IUR cooperation pattern and alliance mechanism which is suitable for Sichuan TCM enterprise. And it will provide certain ideas and strategies for Sichuan TCM industry, which does positive and beneficial exploration.
