| Objective:Through the clinical experiment trails on modified Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction in treating recurrent oral ulcer with yang-deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney, we observed the clinical curative effect.Methods:The60cases of patients who all accord with the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group has30cases, while the control group also has30cases. The general information and previous accumulated scores of symptoms between the two groups are basicly the same.By statistical processed, there is no significant difference of meaning between the two groups, so they can be comparabled.The treatment group uses modified Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction, while the control group uses Fu Zi Li Zhong Pills.We Compare the clinical symptoms before and after treatmen.Results:(1) Short term effect:the total effect rate of the treatment group is93.3%and the total effect rate of the control group is90%, and the total curative effect between the two groups has no proniminent difference. Long term effect(six monthes):the total effect rate of the treatment group is96.6%and the total effect rate of the control group is80%, and the totol curative effect between the two groups has prominent difference (p<0.05). The treatment group is superior to control group. Long term effect (one year):the total effect rate of the treatment group is96.6%and the total effect rate of the control group is76.6%, and the totol curative effect between the two groups has prominent difference (p<0.05). The treatment group is superior to control group.(2) There is no adverse reaction between the treatment group and control group.Conclusion:The modified Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction in treating recurrent oral ulcer with yang-deficiency syndrome of spleen and kidney has a remarkable curative effect. But the short term effects of the two groups are similar.The long term effect of the treatment group is superior to that of the control group. |
