The control and detection of the infectious diseases have been a serious issue for thepeople to face. Our country is the worst-hit areas of Hepatitis B, and the main source ofHepatitis B infection is the Hepatitis B virus and chronic Hepatitis B patients. Hepatitis Bsurface antigen is an important index of Hepatitis B infection. The detection of theHepatitis B surface antigen is one of routine inspection, which is of great importance inmany fields such as reducing cross infection in hospital, early diagnosis of Hepatitis B,prevention of Hepatitis B and treatment of Hepatitis B. Immuno-assay is a sensitivedetection technique in the field of clinical diagnostics, especially in medical studies andclinical detection. Nano-gold immunochromatographic assay is one of the immuno-assay,and has advantages of being uncontaminated, simple single step detection, stable reagentand accelerated analyses. Currently nano-gold immunochromatographic assay is mainlyapplied in qualitative and semi-quantitative immuno-detection. Due to the lack ofquantitative detection, the nano-gold immunochromatographic assay is limited in widenapplication in clinical diagnostics. Therefore, it has more practical value to study a nano-gold immunochromatographic quantitative assay.Based on the detection principle of nano-gold immunochromatographic assay, thepaper analysed to characters of spectral peak signal and studied the quantitative detectionof the nano-gold immunochromatographic assay. Combining embedded control technologyand nano-gold immunochromatographic assay, proposed a new control system of the nano-gold immunochromatographic assay analyser for Hepatitis B surface antigen.The research works of the dissertation are summarized below:(1) To study detection principle of nano-gold immunochromatographic assay andessential characteristics of spectral peak signal, analyze different factors produced inquantitative detection, and extract the information of detection line by introducing anexchange of wavelet transformation.(2) Study the basic characteristics of the gold standard immunoassay test strip detectionprinciple and the detection of line spectrum peak signal. Analysis deeply of the impact ofquantitative detection of disturbance signal. The theory of wavelet transform is introduced into the gold standard immunoassay test strip quantitative detection, the detection line edge featureextraction.(3) For the application characteristic of nano-gold immunochromatographic assayanalyser for Hepatitis B surface antigen, design hardware and software of the controlsystem which is based on the dual-core of ARM and DSP by embedded technology. Thissystem has four characteristics, such as smaller cubage, lower power, lower cost, morerobust despite strong interfere, and provides basis for miniaturization and portability of thenano-gold immunochromatographic assay analyser for Hepatitis B surface antigen.
