Purpose：To Observe the method of strengthening the spleen and replenishingQi on improving effect of clinical symptoms of patients with advanced ovariancancer.Material and method：Use in patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma treatedby invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi method, comparative analysis ofclinical symptoms before and after treatment。Results：1. Weak Burnout, Eating less anorexia, Dry mouth and pharynx dryness, Abdominaldistension, Bothersome insomnia, Stool drying, Red urine, Diarrhea, Own sweatnight sweating, Nausea and vomiting, P-values are <0.05, the total efficiencyof73.2%,70.1%,68.0%,64.4%,62.5%,74.4%,61.5%,71.4%,55.6%,70.0%, P <’0.05，There was a statistically significant。2. Abdominal pain, shortness of breath, five upset hot, thin, low back pain,before and after treatment, no difference, the total efficiency of69.4%,65.5%,65%,44.4%,54.5%, P <0.05。Conclusion：1. Replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen in patients with advanced ovariancancer to improve fatigue, anorexia, food less dry pharynx dry, abdominaldistension, upset insomnia, dry stool, urine, sweat, sweating, diarrhea rednausea and vomiting after treatment was significantly better than beforetreatment, and abdominal pain, shortness of breath, five upset hot, emaciation,low back pain after treatment no significant difference before and aftertreatment。2.
