Purpose:To discuss common clinical classification of TraditionalChinese Medicine on Primary Hypothyroidism.Method:The67cases of this study from2011March to March in theAffiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional ChineseMedicine, Dalian Friendship Hospital, Shengjing Hospital, YingkouCentral Hospital outpatient clinics and wards of four hospitals werecollected.65of them meeting the inclusion criteria are studied ontheir symptoms differentiation and their law of symptoms accordingto their clinical symptoms.Results:6types are summarized based on the comprehensive analysisof clinical data. There are qi deficiency of spleen and stomach, Yangdeficiency of spleen and kidney, Kidney vacuity water flood,Stagnation, Spleen deficiency and dampness, Spleen deficiency bloodstasis.35cases are the type of qi deficiency of spleen and kidney,4cases are Vacuity water flood,5cases are Phlegm and blood stasis, 3cases are Stagnation.Conclusion: Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach is the very main typein the clinical classification of symptoms on PrimaryHypothyroidism.
