Primary Osteoporosis Has The Characteristics Of Tcm Syndromes Curative Effect Evaluation Index System Of Research

Purpose:To establish the system of TCM clinical efficancy and syndromestandardization about primary osteoporosis by the eidemiology surveymethod.From that,we provide the essential material to the “methodologyresearch about the TCM clinical efficancy and syndrome standardization”Materials and methods:The samples of this reacerch are gathered from theLiaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Second AffiliatedHospital.We screened1008patients according to the WHO diagnostic standard ofthe primary osteoporosis.And then,we got194ones met the inclusion criteriaand the exclusion criteria.By the clinical practice, literature review andepidemiological survey table,we gathered20syndromes such as kidney-yangdeficiency and kidney-yin deficiency,124kinds of symptoms such asalopecialoss,loss of tooth,lumbago,backache,red tongue,wiry pulse and soon.After the data processing and canonical discrimination symptoms,weestablished the new system of the TCM clinical efficancy and syndromestandardization.Through datan of this case,we get new system of TCM clinicalefficancy and syndrome standardization.We used Bland-Altman method to inspectthe consistency of TCM symptoms quantification table and QOL table.And then wereduced and clustered TCM symptoms index by cluser analysis,decided the resultby Delphi method.At last,we inspected the consisitency of TCM symptomsquantification(been reduced)and QOL table again, evaluated the feasibility ofthe system of TCM clinical efficancy and syndrome standardization.Results:Through the investigation and data analysis of194cases about theprimary osteoporosis,we determined the TCM symptoms quantification table of heprimary osteoporosis which include20syndromes and124kinds of symptomsprimarily.And this table is in accordance with the QOL table well. Conclusion:We established the system of TCM clinical efficancy and syndromestandardization about primary osteoporosis preparatorily.It is referrible toestablish TCM clinical efficancy and syndrome standardization about otherdiseases of modern medicine, and develop the data platform about canonicaldiscrimination symptoms and TCM clinical efficancy and syndrome standardization.It is worthy completing and popularizing.
