Perimenopausal syndrome is a common gynecological disease due to ovarianfailure caused by endo-crine disorders,autonomic dysfunction and a series ofclinical symptoms,such as hot flashes, sweating, irritability, hot flashes,flushed face, dizziness, tinnitus, palpitations, insomnia, back sorrow and grief,face floating limb swelling and other symptoms.Perimenopausal syndrome is ahigh-morbidity common disease which serious impact on women’s quality of life.Professor Meng An-qi,as Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese MedicineHospital, chief physician,master tutor,devote herself to obstetrics andgynecology medical care, research and teaching for more than20years.Experienced and characteristic in theory and treatment.Professor MengAn-qi used traditional Chinese medicine to treat perimenopausal syndrome andachieved good effect.Through years of clinical observation andpractice,Professor Meng constantly sum up and explore the use of Chinese medicinesyndrome on perimenopausal syndrome.TCM pathogenesis of climacteric syndromebased and mainly to the kidney-yin deficiency,then affect the heart and liverspleen, giving rise to series of symptom.The clinical syndrome is divided intodeficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin,exuberance of heart and liverfire,heart-kidney imbalance and so on.Attach the importance to tonifying spleenand regulate the chong and ren meridians.Through years of clinical observationProfessor Meng consider that we should pay attention to regulate the balancebetween yin and yang,achieve the yin and yang in equilibrium condition,tide overthis period.Medication can not be too Xin dry,bitter cold,so as not to exhaustbody fluid.And from the diet,daily life,temperament and interest to undertakerecuperating which achieved a satisfactory clinical effect.
