Purpose：The research and analysis about48cases of advanced non small celllung cancer patients treated with oral gefitinib targeted therapy of TCM syndromeand the occurrence of adverse events.Material and method：Collected in January2010to October2011receivedtreatment in Liaoning TCM oncology outpatient referral and hospitalization inpatients with non small cell lung cancer, oral targeted drug gefitinib treatmentof250mg/d, a total of48cases.A retrospective study about48cases of patientswho oral gefitinib demonstrated symptoms, tongue and plus condition,statistical.Application of Microsoft Excel software for statistics, frequency analysis,Using SPSS15.0statistical software to take K-means clustering method in48casesof patients with syndrome cluster analysis,the major syndrom of three categoriespatients after the clustering,their performances reference the diagnosticcriteria to typing,observe and analysis the adversevents.which caused bygefitinib.Results：1.Non small cell lung cancer patients in oral gefitinib treatment, mainly s forthe deficiency of both qi and Yin、 liver stagnation and spleendeficiency,deficiency qi of spleen and lung, deficiency of both qi and Yin is37.5%, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency is31.25%，deficiency qi of spleenand lung is31.25%.2.The adverse events of48patients: skin rash is18cases (37.5%), decreasedappetite is14cases(29.17%), diarrhea is12cases (25%), fatigue is8cases(16.67%), nausea is4cases (8.33%), liver injury is2cases (4.17%),mouthulcer is2cases (4.17%),2cases of eyes dry and itchy (2.08%), without adverseevents of interstitial pneumonia.
