Haemorrheological nature in blood stasis type of dysmenorrhea is always seen in northern China,"gynecology dysmenorrhea pill" has been developed by professor WangZiyu and widely used in clinic for more than20years in Beijing university of Chinese medicine dongzhimen hospital, the treatment effect of haemorrheological nature blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea is remarkable, favored by the majority of patients.Objective:Through animal experiment research, to preliminarily discuss gynecology dysmenorrhea pill on the analgesic mechanism of dysmenorrhea rat; Through clinical observation, to make evaluation of the clinical curative effect of gynecology dysmenorrhea pill treating haemorrheological nature blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:1.Animal experiment:SD rats as experimental object, simulate the causes of haemorrheological nature blood stasis, use the0-1℃ice water to coldly stimulate rats repeatedly, in combination with the method of estradiol valerate gavage、intraperitoneal injection of oxytocin to promote rat uterine contract, establish combining disease and syndrome experimental model of haemorrheological nature blood stasis type of dysmenorrheal, experimently treat rats with gynecology dysmenorrhea pill, observe rats body torsion reaction of haemorrheological nature blood stasis type of dysmenorrheal, detect the content of PGE2and PGF2αin endometrium of rats.2.Clinical observation:Collect30cases diagnosed of primary dysmenorrheal, differentiated as haemorrheological nature blood stasis type, conform to the cases selected criteria in March2012to March2013in the Beijing university of Chinese medicine dongzhimen hospital gynecology clinic. Observe the degree of abdominal pain, the time of abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea symptoms and syndromes related to TCM before and after treatment with gynecology dysmenorrhea pill.Result:1.Animal experiment:(1) compared with normal control group, model control group within30min of rat body torsion times, PGF2α content in uterus tissue has significant difference (P <0.05) and the content of PGE2in rat uterus tissue has no significant differences (P>0.05), the ratio of PGF2α/PGE2content in rat uterus tissue has a significant difference (P<0.05).(2) compared with model control group, gynecology dysmenorrhea pills high-dose group, western medicine group has obvious inhibitory effect on rats induced by oxytocin within30min of rat body torsion times, can reduce PGF2α content in the endometrium of rats (P<0.05), the content of PGE2in rat uterus tissue has no significant differences (P>0.05), can reduce the ratio of PGF2α/PGE2content in rat uterus tissue(P<0.05).2.Clinical observation:After treatment in patients, the abdominal pain degree intergral and the dysmenorrhea symptom integral was significantly reduced, the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment except for patients with hypomenorrhea, breast pain, chest tightness is not easy, the rest of the TCM syndrome integral, such as the abdomen cold pain, cold limbs, complexion pallor, cold sweat dripping wet, nausea and vomiting are significantly lower than before treatment, significant differences have statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Animal experiment:Gynecology dysmenorrhea pill by lowering the content of PGF2uand the ratio of PGF2α/PGE2in rat uterus tissue of haemorrheological nature blood stasis type of dysmenorrheal, inhibit rat body torsion reaction times, thereby inhibiting rats uterus convulsion and play the role of analgesia, get the treatment effect of haemorrheological nature blood stasis type of dysmenorrheal.2.Clinical observation:Gynecology dysmenorrhea pill to haemorrheological nature blood stasis type of dysmenorrheal can obviously relieve the pain and dysmenorrhea symptoms, improve the TCM syndromes, showed the gynecology dysmenorrhea pill to haemorrheological nature blood stasis type of dysmenorrheal has better clinical curative effect.
