Objective: To investigate the profiles of inhaled allergens of allergic rhinitispatients in Shanghai, and to provide basic epidemiologic information for the preventionand treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method: Retrospective analysis of1290cases of allergic rhinitis patients inoutpatient clinical data of the13groups of inhaled allergen skin prick test, comparisonof different ages and different gender on inhalation allergen positive rate difference.2test was performed for statistical analysis.Result: The most common inhaled allergens in allergic rhinitis patients inShanghai were house dust mite (87.96%), dermatophagoides farinae (83.50%), tropicalmite (46.41%), dog hair(16.21%). Moreover, the positivity frequencies weredecreased with age increasing (P0.01), and gender group had no obvious difference(P0.05). There was significant difference with seasons (P0.01), the highest rate wasfound in autumn and the lowest was found in spring. Conclusion: House dust mite and dermatophagoides farinae were the mostallergens of allergic rhinitis patients in Shanghai. Objective: To evaluate two-year efficacy and safety with standardized dust mitesubcutaneous immunotherapy in35patients with allergic rhinitis.Method: Using self-control methods, of which35cases of allergic rhinitis weretreated with specific immunotherapy, respectively before treatment, symptoms, signsand VAS score and receiving treatment for1years,2years after treatment of thesymptoms, signs and VAS score were compared with2test, paired design t test forstatistical analysis.Result: The symptoms, signs and VAS score of the35patients who acceptedspecific immunotherapy after1year were significantly reduced than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). The symptoms, signs and VASscore of the patients who completed2years’ treatment compared with which ofpretreatment and1year’s treatment were significantly reduced, the differences werestatistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion: Standardized dust mite allergen vaccine therapy is a safe, effectivemethod for patients with perennial allergic rhinitis, can be used as a routine treatmentfor allergic rhinitis, and to further improve the therapeutic effect, immunotherapyrecommendations to complete at least2years.
