Liver Phlegm Disperse Like Fetish With Milk Block Elimination For Liver And Qi Contrast The Curative Effect Of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

Cyclomastopathy is the most common disease of mammary gland. Its incidence houd the first place in disease of mammary gland. Due to the increase of the pressure of modern life,the incidence of this disease is increasing year by year. Cyclomastopathy is the degenerative and progressive change of breast parenchyma and interstitial fibre due to the body hormone level disorders and imbalance.It is the abnormal change of mammary gland lobules in quantity and structure,be long ing to the non-inflamed or non-tumorous disease. It is named by Tianze Zhang in1965. It is treated according to its Bianzhen staging in Chinese medicine.Objective:To observe and analyse the clinical effects of Shugan Huatan Xiaopi powder (the agreement prescription about Wangjing Hospital treatment of Cyclomastopathy of the stagnation of liver Qi type.) and Rukuaixiao in treating Cyclomastopathy of the stagnation of liver Qi type.Methods:Choosing100patients treateded in our surgical outpatient department who are correspond with the western medicine diagnosis standard of Cyclomastopathy and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis standard with dialectical classification of the stagnation of liver Qi type, benign and malignent tumors exclusived. All patients were grouped into group A and group B, group A treated with Shugan Huatan Xiaopi powder and group B with Rukuaixiao. The treatment time began to use since the menstrual period eighth days, Adhered to a daily medication. The experiment lasted3weeks. Menstrual period one weeks withdrawal. The end of treatment is seventh days in a menstrual cycle.Results:According to the change of pain in the breast,the change of the structure and the size of mammary tubercules and the symptomof traditional Chinese medicine, the total effective rate of group A is92%and group B is90%. When compared among the two groups, P is greater than0.05respectively, showing that difference of therapeutic effect of the two groups have not statistical significance. But for depressed or irritable patients, Shugan Huatan Xiaopi powder Have obvious effect.Conclusions:Compared with Rukuaixiao, Shugan Huatan Xiaopi powder has both great advantages in treating Cyclomastopathy of the stagnation of liver Qi type effective and with less side effects. We believe that the two drugs is worthy of popularization and application. We should adopt different treatment according to different conditions of patients.
