Three kinds of Yi Qie Jing Yin Yi is a comprehensive expression writings of pronunciation and meaning of Buddhist Scriptures, which includes Yi Qie Jing Yin Yi of Xuan Ying in The Tang Dynasty. Yi Qie Jing Yin Yi of Hui Lin in The Tang Dynasty and Xu Yi Qie Jing Yin Yi of Xi Lin in The Liao Dynasty. The research of philology. Language learning, Lexicography and culture history about Three kinds of Yi Qie Jing Yin Yi have been studied and obtain many achievements. However, we noticed that the books conserve a large number of human body nouns, diseases nouns and medicine nouns. Human body nouns are nearly two hundreds,including parts of the body, internal organs of the body, All the limbs and bones, physiologic and pathogenic products and so on. Diseases nouns are also nearly two hundreds, which is related to internal medicine,surgery,gynecology and pediatrics. Medicine nouns are more than two hundreds, including flowers,birds,fishes,insects and so on,especially,which contains many medicine come from foreign.In addition,the books also include some other medicine nouns. These words and its explanatory notes can help us study the name meaning,the rule of word-building and diction,the develop trail and so on of human body nouns, diseases nouns and medicine nouns; additions and corrections the enties in dictionaries of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese language; still can make-up the related topics in ancient medical books. But, nobody had research about these at present.This article research the mode of word-building, the name meaning, the text form, and the phenomenon of homonym and synonym about traditional Chinese medicine nouns pass through the materials of medicine words in three kinds of Yi Qie Jing Yin Yi. The materials contain completely human body nouns, diseases nouns, medicine nouns and so on.In some ways, these materials can compared with the ancient medical books in Han Dynasty such as Nei Jing,Shang Han Lun,etc.In a word, the research have important value in the study about human body nouns, diseases nouns,medicine nouns and the history of disease in Tang Dynasty and before the Tang Dynasty, in comprehend the characteristic of medicine nouns in the middle ages and also in emending of the ancient medical books.This article is according to the literature language material in three kinds of Yi Qie Jing Yin Yi,and refer to the the ancient medical books handed down from ancient times and a variety of dictionary and documents as well, use the experience, research technique and achievement of the senior scholars, make the works as follows:Research the medicine nouns in three kinds of Yi Qie Jing Yin Yi for the first time:Combine and contrast three kinds of Yi Qie Jing Yin Yi with each other for the first time:Make textual criticisms and explanations some medicine nouns for the first time;Make-up and correct some medicine nouns as well as its explanatory notes in the dictionary;Revealing about medical value in Buddhism document.The full text divide into two parts.
