Gymnadenia Conopsea R.Br. is a plant distributed in the southwest of China, which belongs to Gymnadenia Conopsea genus. The pharmacological research indicated that the chemical constitu-ents from Gymnadenia Conopsea R.Br. showed strong antioxygen and antiallergic activities. Glycoside, carbohydrate, dihydrostilbene and phenanthrene are the main constituents of tuber of Gymnadenia Conopsea R.Br. Sterin, phenolic acid, aldehyde and ether are also isolated from it.In this thesis, the chemical constituents from Gymnadenia Conopsea R.Br. Thirteen compounds were studied. Among them, eleven compounds were determined as p-hydroxybenzyl alcohol, vanillic acid,p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, adenosine,4-methoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside, 4-methylphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside,4-hydroxybenzyl-β-D-glucopyranoside,β-sitosterol, Sucrose, Daucosterol,4-hydroxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside. Sucrose and 4-hydroxyphenyl-β-D-gluco-pyranoside was reported from Gymnadenia Conopsea genus for the first time.In conclusion, this research has provided rational and experimential basis for the further development of this drug.
