This paper research the religious cultural ecology of Badang Tibetan villages, which hasthe Buddhism tradition as well as the Catholic believers. To be more specific, the papermainly analyse the interaction between the various religions within the religious ecosystemintegration、the relationship between believers of different religions; the cultural and socialenvironment from the macro, meso and micro levels. By the method of reference the Qingyanreligion ecology research pattern of Dr.ChenXiaoyi, the author has pondered the Badongreligious ecologically-conscious culture, then using the biological concept "grafting" tooutline the religious eco-cultural phenomenon in badong, put forward the "grafted" religiouseco-pattern.The paper is composed by four chapters: First chapter is the Badong religionculture ecology background. By analysing the geographical environment and the humanitiesenvironment; the author draw the conclusion that the formation of the Badong religion cultureecology is intimately bound up with the geography and the humanities environment.The second chapter discusses the formation of the Badong religious cultural ecology.The author briefly introduce the incoming of Bonism、 the Nyingma sect of TibetanBuddalism, the Catholic, and the final religion pattern of Badong;then, analyse severalquestions such as the impact of various religions on the Badong community in the process;the problems that traditional culture were facing by the impact of the exotic religion andculture; the inter-religious conflict and so on. The author meant to describes the inevitabilityof the localization of a foreign religion by explaning the historical evolution andconsensus interaction of the various religions.Chapter3is the interaction of religion andbelievers in the religion ecosystem. In this chapter, Buddhism and Catholic are taken as areligious ecological content to analysis of the religious ecosystem by religious organizationsand religious interaction.In addition, this chapter describe the weddings and traditionalcustoms, taboos, the production collaboration of Badong, then analysis of the mixing symbiotic situation of the various religions and religious believers. The forth chapter is the"grafted" religious eco-pattern——"he same root and different fruits". Through analysis forthe localization of the Catholic Church,the characteristics and organizational structure of theBadang religious ecosystem were studied, and the conception " ethnic identity" were appliedinto the analysis of this cultural phenomenon. In conclusion, the paper outline the religiouseco-cultural phenomenon in Badong with an biological concept "grafting",and put forwardthe "grafted" religious eco-pattern.
