Since entered the 21st century, the human has made a revolutionarybreakthrough in the field of the life sciences, and also made the full developmentof the organ transplantation technology, it is the effective treatment for thedisease which caused due to organ exhaustion. A number of patients now have cometo health again, and they have the full of confidence and hope with the life, andthey can have finished to their jobs, and to contribute their efforts for thecommunity to realize their own value of life. This technology has brought thegospel of hope for the human. Any things are have duality, the organtransplantation technology also does not exception, it brings the gospel to thehuman , meanwhile, it also brings has must of risk, because this technology isa new invention and application, it does not development mature and perfect now,Furthermore, whenever a new thing just appears, it will not existing of some things,the organ transplantation is also too, as a new thing, it does not accord withthe moral concept specific requirements of traditional ethical, it has caused hugeof impact on peoples’existing thought, it is very difficult to accept it forsome people right now. These problems not only affect people’s awareness andunderstanding of it, but also it will directly affect the wider use. If theseissues are not well resolved, not only bound advances in organ transplanttechnology, and make it a positive meaning compromised; but also causes manydiseases do not receive timely ,and effective treatment in patients with regretthat last a lifetime. So, this article is for the problems of ethical that existin actual life, have argumentation from the ethical point of view, in order toaddress these ethical challenges for some beneficial exploration and offer somenew ideas and methods.In this article, the first it discusses the meaning and history of organtransplantation, organ transplantation is a medical tool that was used totreatment the patient who have the diseases due to organ failure caused by man-made objects, it is to replace a new organ for such patients to achieving cure thedisease by the technology. Organ transplantation as a technology has alreadyexists and play an important role at now, regardless of whether it can be recognizedand accept by the people, it has already owned exist raisons and value. Then fromthe angle of ethics demonstrates its inevitability and necessity. It is do themoral evaluation to it, from the most basic plane to find ethical justificationfor it, so people can be rational to look at the technology. The point of viewof either the purpose or the result, organ transplant technology are accord withthe requirements of”good”and“happiness”that the two basic concepts ofethical. Organ transplantation technology is the ultimate purpose for health ofpeople ,it can relieve the suffering for patients and give them a healthy body,so that they can feel good again, and experience the warmth from other people’,it brings happiness to patients and their families, and it also can conducive toharmony for social. Organ transplantation has its own value, but because thistechnology is a new thing after all, it also has some flaws, and coupled with theeffects of many factors in society, it is very difficult to being accepted by peoplein the short time, it will have development a long road to development in thefuture. It gives serious impact on traditional ethics, and brings a lot ofconfusion, to objective impartial and understands the ethical dilemma; it can helpus to find an effective solution and thought. So, in the last part of the article,it is put forward a number of ideas and methods which the view of the currentdifficulties of organ transplantation. Because these are complex and diverseconcerns of organ transplantation, if want to propose specific and feasiblemeasures, is not possible to rely solely on an article, in the here, it is justput forward something from the general principle of regard, expected to resolvethese ethical challenges, it can address to provide reasonable guidance on thedirection.
