Yanzi Chunqiu which record the behaviour and words of Yan Ying who is the PrimeMinister of Qi in Spring and Autumn Period is historical narratives, also a novel of anecdotes,with political color. The received version of Yanzi Chunqiu which has relatively independentcontent consists of two parts—Nei and Wai—which include eight chapters, and twohundred and fiftteen pieces. Every story has a long title to give a brief introduction of themajor points. The lengths of the stories are various, the longest one in which is up to morethan six hundred words, comparatively, the shortest one mere thirty words. Yanzi Chun ofideological content and greatest artistic accomplishment has significant value both inacademia and historical materials , also in literature. Much attention paid in its value inphilology, phonology and textual criticism, and fruitful achievements fruitful achievements,The creation process, the versions and historical value of Yanzi require further investigation.In this paper, the content can be divided into three parts:PartⅠ：Yanzi and Yanzi ChunqiuSection one gives one briefly presentation of Yanzi and Yanzi Chunqiu and theauthenticity ,the creation process and the versions will be researched and discussed. YanziChunqiu accomplished in Warring States, the contents and thoughts of which hasn"t formed acomplete theoretical system yet, has not had a distinct character from other schools of pre-qinthinkers. Its genre is a special style of writing between historical narratives and novel ofanecdotes.PartⅡ：Versions of Yanzi and the reaserch of Yinqiaoshan bamboo slipsThe author introduces the various versions of Yanzi and detailedly Study in theYinqiaoshan bamboo slips in formal features, the lengh of the slips and verbal content.
