Psychological Consistency as a mental relational system of people is a well-adapted state. Those people can know themselves, trust themselves and accepted themselves, finally reach to self-consistency. Further more, psychological consistency is based on self-consistency. So exploring their self-consistency level has a grate importance to their mental health development.This paper investigates the overall situation and difference of high school students’ self-consistency, explores the relationship between perceived social support and affect balance and self-consistency of high school students. Participants includes333students who study in Tianjin. Self-consistency is measured using the self-congruence and consistency scale. Perceived sources of social support are measured using the Perceived Social Support Scale. Affect balance is measured using the affect balance scale.The results are as follows,(1)The self-consistency level of high school students is higher than norm.There is no significant differences in one-child and city-countryside variable, but female high school students report higher levels of self-consistency.(2)Perceived social support and affect balance of high school students has a positive correlation with self-consistency.(3)Affect balance play a part of the intermediary role of perceived social support and self-consistency of high school students, regression coefficients significantly reduce.
