When facing with different conflicts anddisputes, common people tend to rely on the impartial judgment of the government.Yet, in land acquisition and house demolition, the attitude of government and administrativestaff is far from satisfactory. Problems ofadministrative ethics such as power rent-seeking, lack of sense of responsibility, imbalancebetween rights and obligations, and manifest inequality lead to fierce confrontation between therelocation households and the government, thus making the simple problems of economicalinterests into incidents of compulsive demolition, violence demolition, and even incidents ofcasualty. So, it has a vital and positive effect on future land acquisition and house demolition aswell as the construction of administrative ethics to analyze different incidents in housedemolition combining the problems of administrative ethics existing among the government andadministrative staff, to make further study to the reasons of administrative ethics loss in housedemolition, and to put forward remedy for them.Chapter1describes the concept and features of administrative ethics, synthesizing opinionsof different scholars and defining the concept and features of administrative ethics. Chapter2expounds the principles of administrative ethics that should be followed in house acquisition anddemolition, thus providing an administrative basis for government and administrative staff froma perspective of ethics.
