In market-oriented economy, behavior subject crazily goes after wealth at any price and by any means, as a result, the whole society is full of lies and discord, the relationship among people becomes tense, the ecological environment gradually deteriorates. From the view of ethics, it is the destruction of ethic limit that triggers all of these disappointed tragedies. A nation without the sense of shame and ethics and moral will definitely lag behind others and destroy itself no matter how powerful its current economy is. Therefore, establishing and maintaining Chinese nation’s ethics limit is the major task of the establishment of Chinese value today.Today’s China has stepped into the civil society, it is a social pattern that in accordance with state nation, and it is also a social existence shows the relationship among civilization, secular world, person, independent economy and social democracy as well. The establishment of civil society requires the control by ethics moral and regulation from ethics limit. The value and final goal of ethics limit aim to realizing the free and all-round development of human being. We should base on the view of system ethics, in search of the ethics limit of behavior subject in market-oriented economy, and further analyze the true reason of the ethics destruction, moreover, establish relevant system to regulate the behavior of subject, raise their virtue level and develop their citizen spirits, to construct a harmonious society gradually.This thesis consists of four chapters. The author tries to enlarge and develop the research contents of system ethics, expand his research horizon, meanwhile, make sure the legality and practicality for ethics limit.In third chapter, the author analyzes the reason and influence of the breakthrough of ethics limit, in his opinion, there are four reasons, one is the source of ethics limit breakthrough; second is the lack and weakness of system and control; third is the unreasonable social distribution; the forth is the corrosion of western customer culture. Later, the author points out its economical, political, and environmental consequence, and therefore stresses the necessity and emergency of regulating the ethics limit of behavior subject.In forth chapter, the author tells people how to regulate the ethics limit of behavior subject to promote the free and all-round development of human being.
