Mongolian literature press is not only an important medium of Mongolian contemporary literary development but also an important raw data source of Mongolian literature. The prosperity of the Mongolian press has played an irreplaceable role in the spread and development of Mongolian literature. The main research work of this paper is "Jirem literature" journals from1977-2010,analyzing the relationship between the Jirem art and Horqin literature, trying to find the chronological characteristics of this period of Jirem literary.And also through study the works of Horqin writers, to summarise characteristics of the the Horqin literature in the new era. At the same time, to analyse contexts and impacts of literature activities sponsored by "Jirem Literature", and its geographical features.This paper consist introduction, body, conclusion, references and appendices sections. The Introduction section describes the importance of "Jirem literature" journals and provides a summary of prior studies, and describes the data sources, research purpose and research methods. The first chapter introduces the team of the "Jirem Literature" and its editors and writers. Mainly discribed from the periodical publishing background, column’s design and its characteristics, development profiles; formalization of the editorial team, development and stabilization; formalization of writers’team, growth, development and the characteristics of the era writers’team. In Chapter Ⅱ and Chapter Ⅲ to study Horqin literature works published in the "Jirem literature" to analyze the relationship between the Jirem art and the Horqin literature. In Chapter IV, pointing out that "Jirem art" influenced the new period of the Horqin literature, status, and even influenced Mongolian literature."Jirem literature" has a significant contribution to Mongolian literature, its highlight of rich content of works, diversification and expansion of the writer team, also plays a important role of geographical Mongolian literature development including the area Zha Lute, Kezuozhongqi, Naiman etc.
