Concept map is a graph form to organize and express the knowledge tools that can image, intuitively presents the students’cognitive structure. Throughout the concept map of domestic and foreign scholars, the concept map assessment on the natural discipline research is very rich, but rarely in mathematics. The high school mathematics sequence of knowledge as the breakthrough point, The high school mathematics sequence of knowledge as the breakthrough point, the author takes the concept map to assessment mathematics, exploring the reality of the math concepts figure assessment. The main purpose is to provide the evidence for concept map assessment, further enrich concept map evaluation area of research.This study comprehensive use literature and questionnaire, empirical study methods. First, the author read the domestic and foreign related concept map research literature, provide theoretic support for this study; then, the author investigate the condition of high school students’mathematics study, for the implementation of experimental research do preparation; Finally, the author design and implement the empirical research. The empirical research includes two experiments:the first one asks students to construct their concept maps; the second one asks students to accomplish the filled concept map task. Both of the two tasks were completed after students had learned the entire sequence related knowledge implementation.Results:(1) the girl in the unlimited type composition performance on the task than boys, but t test results showed there is no significant different; boys and girls have consistently performance on tip nodes task.(2) The relationship between the evaluation method grader reliability is0.934,0.909mark effect validity, the reliability and validity are all up to more ideal requirements.(3) High academic achievement students’concept maps are more better than middle and low academic achievement students’, which include more concepts, more rich links, more accurate link words, and more perfect overall structure; the difference between middle and low academic achievement students’concept maps is not obvious.(4) Students’concept maps are single structure and more for structural level, which have less node and uncompleted nodes, wrong connections, even the epilogue quality is not high,(5) concept map mapping task’s alpha test reliability value is0.691, the difficulty of0.47,0.44differentiate, the correlation coefficient between the concept map mapping task and fill in the blanks is0.455,0.487on the answer the question, regression analysis revealed that concept map mapping task could significantly predict on rational mathematics tests.Conclusions:(1) Concept map can be used to evaluate high school students’ mathematical cognitive structure.(2) Relationship evaluation method is suitable for the mathematical concept map scoring.(3) There was significant difference between different levels of the students’concept maps.(4) Concept map mapping can be used for the scale of the task math test.
