Shang Shu is the earliest Chinese material record and has some complicated problems.The Song Dynasty did not go smoothly in the Chinese history,but the culture developed greatly at that time.The Song Dynasty is important in the Chinese academic history and contributes individually to the advance of the research on Shang Shu.Shu Jizhuan composed by the scholar Cai Chen in the South Song is a main symbol of Shang Shu interpretation.And it is the most powerful academic classics in the later years of Fengjian society,which stands for the best academic achievement of the research on Shang Shu in the Song Dynasty.The thesis is trying to research from the angle of the interpretation,that is,the content,the method and the characteristic of the interpretation to explore the academic feature and value of Shu Jizhuan.Nowadays,there have been a certain amount of achievements in the research of the Song Shang Shu.l try to draw the achievements and list,analyse the interpretation of Shu Jizhuan with the methods of the grammer,etc to reveal the achievements of Shu Jizhuan interpretation by Cai Chen.Hope the thesis will benefit the interpretation research of Shu Jizhuan in the future.
