Comparative Study On The Influence Of Domestic And Foreign Government Websites Under The Perspective Of The New Public Service

After massive government investment in and construction, whether the government website can really achieve the expected results has become the problem that governments at all levels must be of concern. Measure the level of service standards for government websites is the ability to play the actual results, if it can really help the government to provide services to the public, or if can have impact on the public. The significance of this research is know about the government website on the current development of public services by comparing the various features of government web sites at home and abroad, Through the government web site of the public service impact analysis, assessment of government web sites to the public the size of the impact force to actively seek measures to build better government websites and public relations, resulting in greater effectiveness.In this study, new public service building on the value of service-oriented government role.By analyzing the content, using of the new democratic values of public service and public interest concerns, attention to democracy, citizenship and values the public interest to analyze the construction and development of government websites, government websites dedicated to research how to play the service and be participatory.Entry point for this paper is based on government websites and public relations, applied social sampling survey method, analyzing the impact of government websites, and to explore the current impact of the government web site possible shortcomings and reason.The first part of the paper is an overview of the content on government web sites, real and other basic theory.
