Research On The Management Methods Of The Cadet’s Brigade Based On The Object-Oriented Thinking

The immediate purpose of brigade organization and management is to develop qualified、high-quality cadets, which will play a vital role in the future construction of our army . How to implement efficient、strict、scientific brigade management and build a new type of military brigade is a current army-constructing problem that urgently needs to be solved.Starting from the brigade existing issues, combining with advanced management techniques and methods, this paper conducted a deep research in efficient brigade management model, and proposed an effective solution.First of all, based on a preliminary analysis of the brigade management characteristics, this paper introduced the object-oriented thinking into brigade management, and proposed an efficient brigade management model. Through the analysis of three-dimensional structure for the task unit——operation dimension、organization dimension and time dimension, this paper achieved an ordered analysis of brigade management tasks. Through the transformation of brigade network diagram model and critical path solving method, this paper achieved the grading of brigade management tasks.Secondly, combining with the brigade management instances, this paper conducted a corresponding analysis and implementation using efficient management model proposed, and verified the model validity and rationality through the comparison of two management models.Finally, starting from the brigade management needs , combining with the fruits of this research ,this paper designed and implemented an efficient brigade assisting management prototype system, and enabled it to be compatible with existing information systems ,which achieved the needs for brigade information-based office, improved management efficiency, and was of great practical significance.This research provides a sound theoretical and empirical basis for promoting the development of brigade management.
