Nationality Township Policy Under The New Situation Facing The Problems And Countermeasures Research

The ethnic township policy is one important part of Chinese national policy,which maintains the lawful rights of minorities in dispersed and mixed areas and brings far-reaching influence on social and economical development of ethnic township. This paper has reviewed the development history of ethnic township policy and summarized the characteristics of it.then, generalized the achievements and historical experiences of the ethnic township policy. Under the new situation,problems have appeared in nationality township. There are some problems in the policy’s formulation, implementation and evaluation process. Such as facing specific situations while making policy, ambiguous executive agent and indefinite target exist in implementation,lacking of standards in evacuation process and so on.This article will put forward corresponding suggestions through uncovering these problems. Such as perfect the ethnic township policy and law,establish the executive agent,regulate the standards of evacuation process. This will have important significance to perfect the ethnic township policy of our country and promote social and economical prosperity and stability of ethnic township.
