Since the securities markets appearing, insider trading is almost go handin hand with the stock market, is a chronic disease affecting the healthyoperation of the securities market.Although Inside trading has existed as long as stock market,the control ofinside trading has a history of mere several decades. As a new stock marketcountry,China has drew lessons from the developed countries and setregulations for inside trading. Through twenty years’ development,laws andregulations of inside trading has developed a lot and the strike of inside tradinghas become more and more severe. However, inside trading has taken onsome new characteristics, the form of trading has become more and moreindistinct、the method uses high technology、the trade amounts become largerand larger、investors bear lager loss. A larger difficulty of inside trading controlis presented to us, therefore, the analysis of inside trading cases is essentialfor us to understand the main characteristic and cause of inside trading inChina and put forward our countermove.Employing Empirical Analysis and contrastive analysis and using theinside trading cases from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC)and the judiciary from1993to2011As samples this paper intends to analyze the main characteristic,development and causes of inside trading and thus put forward ourcountermove.This paper consists of four chapters:Chapter1The main characteristic and trend of the inside trading underthe new situationsChapter2The analysis of the causes of the new characteristicsChapter3The analysis of the causes of the low efficiency from thesupervising perspective and the suggestionsChapter4The suggestions on setting up and consummating theregulations of inside trading.
