Legal Risk Control Of Lessor In Ship Financial Leasing Under Chinese Law

On the purpose of doing some research in favor of the stable and healthydevelopment of ship financial leasing based on the Chinese laws andregulations, this dissertation focuses on the legal issues of the belonging ofownership of ship construction, the risk of arrest and court sale of ships beingleased out, oil pollution liability from the ships being leased out and proposeslegal measures to mitigate, transfer or avoid the risks hereinbefore from theperspective of the lessor of ship financial leasing.
