The history of China’s modernization process is long and hard. It takes several generations along time to realize modernization. Among them, the realization of social main body qualitypromotion is of great importance. Besides, it is also crucial and difficult. Without human’smodernization and the promotion of citizen’s quality, we can’t realize true modernization. The finequality of the whole social citizens not only benefits our modern economic, social and politicaldemocratization, and the development of science and technology progress, but also is thefoundation of ascension and key.The Quality improvement relies on the implementation of citizenship education. In ourcountry, the school moral education is the main way and fundamental project to improve thequality of citizens. But as China’s traditional moral education ignore the training of person’ssubjectivity, there are still a lot of defects and problems. To seek a foothold with the timecharacteristics and our social realization on people’s comprehensive and free development becomethe reality demand. So Subjectivity Moral Education comes with the tide of fashion. It adapts to thephysical and mental development of adolescents and becomes a number of education academicsand youth favored objects. So the implementation of subjective moral education became the onlyway to improve youth civil qualities.In China, young people’s civil literacy has a great deal of promotion, but it also has manyproblems. All these problems have something with our traditional moral education. So we need tocarry on the tradition of moral education on the benefits and improve its shortcomings. We shouldcultivate our youth from the methods of moral education, the contents of moral education, thecarrier of moral education and so on. Only in this way, can our youth become qualified socialmodern talents.
