The so-called inspection and supervision is referred to the approach; method andprocedure system taken by legal supervision of prosecution. China’s "Constitution"establishes the legal status of the prosecution is the legal supervisory authority, theprosecution according to the independent exercise of prosecutorial power, independent of thepublic security organs according to law, judicial and executive bodies to implement the powerof legal supervision. This thesis will cite systematic integration thinking model into theresearch of prosecution of criminal supervision and divide its model into three types: stateintervention type, legal and procedural safeguards based unified model are three basic types,and from the values and power analysis of the operation of its basic features. Then, the authordescribes the legal unity of our current model of historical evolution-based supervision, basiccharacteristics, monitor limitations, schema evolution, based on departure from ourconstitutional background, to improve the operational level functions of the core, to bringproceedings to protect model in line with the reality of our criminal law model improve theinspection and supervision options. Although the prosecution authorities and the prosecutionhas the dual functions of supervision, the prosecution has long been focused only on thefunctions of prosecution, while ignoring the oversight functions, the prosecution is of coursepart of the monitoring, but not all, so for the full implementation of legal supervision, inaddition to prosecution itself that coercive power of the rigidity of national initiatives, to giveoversight functions more rigid supervision measures is necessary.
