Financial Planning Products Investors Rights Protection System Research

With the rapid development of financial innovation, China’s financialmanagement products show a booming trend. However, due to the dislocation of thelegislative concept and system design, the investors’ right protection under financialmanagement products face many problems, which causes lots of economic andsocial problems. This paper will pay chose attention to the investors’ right protectionand try to analysis the legal problems of financial management products. Besides theintroduction and the conclusion, the paper is divided into three parts:The first part refers to the theoretical basis of investors’ right protection underfinancia management products. The author defines the legal connotation of financialmanagement products, summarizes the common features of financial managementproducts, and clarifies the legal nature of financial management products.The second part reviews the investors’ rights protection of financial managementproducts in China. On the one hand, there are many problems in legislative field; onthe other hand, judicial relief mechanism is difficult to adapt to the requirement of theinvestors’ rights protection.The third part tries to improve the system path of the investors’ rights protectionunder financial management products. The author suggests improving the regulatoryapproach of financial management products, establishing the appropriate system ofinvestors, and strengthening judicial protection of financial management productsinvestors.
