In recent years, with the risk of local government financing ‘s accumulation anddevelopment, our local government financing has developed very rapidly. not only doesit influence the healthy development of the local government financing, but also it has anegative effect on regional economic construction and even the whole macroeconomiclevel. In response to the financing risk of the local government, it needs to establish andperfect the law system of local government financing risk management in our country.This article takes the understand of the basic principle in local government financingrisk management as the breakthrough point, analyze the basic content and structure ofthe law system which works for local government financing risk management,summarizes foreign legal system on financing risk management of local government atthe same time, make summarized the problems of the law system of risk management inLocal government financing in our country，based on this，this article tries to putsforward some suggestions on the the law system of risk management in localgovernment financing of our country.This article utilizes the comparison research method, empirical analysis methodand multidisciplinary combination analysis method.This article divides the full text intofive parts as follows:The first part is the local government financing and risk management.
