Personal Information Protection is becoming a global issue,and obviously reflectsthat science and law are interaction. In the era of information,the role of Personalinformation is signifiant,and Personal information is violated,not only undermines therights of people who owns the Personal information,but also causes serious harm to thesoeiety.As our country in the Protection of Persona information is mainly indirect,nounified Proteetions,and the legal Protection system has not been seted up,the issue ofinfringemen to Personal Information has always been controversial.So this paper willdiscuss the question of Personal information protection from five part.The first part briefly describes several typical theory of the definition of personalinformation.then,and we know the law characteristics of the Personal Informationpart;The second part,analyis the necessity and the urgency of Personal informationprotect;The third part, we can study experience which is fit to our country from othercountries. The fourth part, From current situation about the Protection of Personalinformation,we should grasp the question which our country is facing up;the fifthpart the writer will give some suggestion for our protection of Personalinformation,especially on legislation.such as the legislative scope.. In addition, our country needs to reasonable restrictions on the right to personalinformation. Thus seek to balance point of the effective use and protection of personalinformation. The final conclusion of this paper is China’s protection of personalinformation is not yet formal legislation, but the research efforts in this regard did notstop, seek to that personal information to use with the point of balance between theprotection of personal information protection is critical.
