At present, with China’s social and economic development, rising crime rates, a large backlog of criminal cases in the judicial context of limited resources, to solve the conflict between the two pressing issues facing the judiciary. Originated in the United States, plea bargaining system can effectively save litigation time, conserve judicial resources, while reflecting the reality of limited fairness and justice, judicial reform to meet the reality of our current needs.
