Thepurpose of writing this article, through the analysis of Ji’nan city ’s water resourcesmanagement problems, find out the countermeasures to solve the problems and methods of water resources in Ji’nan City, to improve the management level, to better services foreconomic and social development.This article first to water resources and water resources management are summarized,emphasize introduced Ji’nan to the characteristic of water resources and water resourcesmanagement of the status quo, pointed out Ji’nan city in water resources management in thecourse of water supply and demand is contradictory and outstanding, water environmentsituation is grim; water resources development is not balanced, the water-saving societyconstruction level low; flood control and drought problems, flood risk still exists; water pricemechanism is not complete; water resources engineering configuration system is not perfect;water resources monitoring work to be perfect and other major problems and shortcomings.Secondly, in revealing on the foundation of the problem, summed up the analysis ofJi’nan city water resources management in the problems and causes, mainly divided into sixaspects: water network construction was not formed, not up to the optimal allocation of waterresources; water resources management law is not perfect, the lack of rigid supervision; waterresources management system is not perfect, in " dragon prevent floods by water control";water resource management method is not scientific, management level is low; the waterwater mechanism is reasonable, the concept of saving is not high; water resourcesmanagement informationization level is low, the lack of effective monitoring.Finally, in view of the Ji’nan city water resources management work in the problem ofexistence, put forward 7 countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the networkconstruction, namely, achieve the optimization of water resources rational allocation; tostrengthen legal construction, transformation of water resources management concept; tostraighten out the management system, form unifinication of Wu of water of prevent floodsby water control pattern; to strengthen the construction of the water-saving society, theincrease of water resources protection strength; improve the ability of disaster prevention andreduction, and ensure the safety of water supply; pay attention to the construction of scienceand technology, improve the level of information management; implement the most strictwater resources management system.
