Harmony is a pursuit of human society,almost in every historical period the people is full of desire for harmony,to make the traditional harmonious culture rooted in the development of human society process.The Great Unity Society in ancient China, the Republic of Plato and the Utopia of the Micawberism in modern Europe all behave an inexhaustible source of human the pursuit of harmony.Harmonious society require for developing harmonious spirit,use harmony to direct the cause of human rights,so we put forward the intelligent proposition of harmonious right.The Marxist View of Human Rights introduces the "people-orientied" to the realization of human rights and the protection of the harmonious right,and to write a new chapter about the development of human rights,a new era of human rights is coming.Closely around the thesis with modern value,to make a new point for creating human rights theory system and protection mechanism.Analysing the innovation of harmonious right is beneficial to perfect the human rights.The author analyses the content and the background of the harmonious right,then discusses the conjunction between the traditional harmonious spirit and the modern harmonious right,it is also the advance to the western human rights,at last,establishing the value of "people-orientied".The author argues the substantial breakthrough of the harmonious right to the theory of three generation of human rights,and analyses the main human rights development pattern to learn from experience.Moreover,making full use of the native resources is important for protecting the harmonious right,the self-awareness and the national awakening are the necessary conditions to develop the harmonious right,and then to build a Chinese development path of harmonious right.
