Legal Protection Of Trade Secrets Information Involving State Secrets In Station-owned Enterprises

State secrets and trade secrets each have their own concept, scope and characteristics, which of normal circumstances both in the parallel state. While in the special period for our country when socialist planned economy has been changed to the market economy is not yet fully completed, in the special form of ownership of state-owned enterprises there is often some trade secrets related to national secrets, especially in high-tech industry, national defense construction and other fields. Russian Federation State Secrecy Act also provides for related content.Through inspection of extraterritorial laws and the study of China’s legal system, using a comparative approach, the literature analysis, etc., I analyze the necessity and legal basis for the conversion between trade secrets related to state secrets in the state-owned enterprises, liability the country should bear after conversion and other relevant legislation.
