In today’s society, Internet is highly developed and information dissemination has undergone unprecedented change. Online media in various forms has get more and more public acceptance and attention. The network media provides the public with a free and equal exchange of space and platform for the public dissemination of information and opinions published here. The views of an event, the formation of public opinion in the online media collection, and the formation of the strength of supervision can not be ignored, causing the attention of relevant departments, and promoting the development and address of the event. The judicial power is an important part of the modern state power, media can supervises judicial corruption. Network media on the exercise of judicial power is a good supervision, but will the network media monitoring affect the independence of the judiciary.
