Legal Analysis Of The Property Controlling In Larceny And Embezzlement From The Case Of Liang Li

Larceny and Embezzlement is the most important traditional property crimes and because of its diversity, the Criminal Law pay lots of attention to fight against it. With the rapid development of socio-economic, property relations has become increasingly complex in our life. There are a lot of new form larcenies, which will give the judicial departments a lot of the problem. In the view of property crime, we can know they all has relationship with property controlling whether Larceny or Embezzlement. So, we can see that property controlling play a very important role in so many steps, such as confirm crime or not, this crime or that and which status in one crime. Because of this, it is particularly important that pay a lot attention to study the property controlling. This is a very important key to solve the problem between Larceny and Embezzlement in the complex society. This paper is divided into four chapters. In chapter two and chapter three, our author use so much theory about property controlling to define the case of Liangli. This paper from the well-known case to deepen the study of property relations between larceny and embezzlement, and I hope this will help us to enrich the basic theory of the criminal law and to resolve the property crime in the legal practice.
