Since Sun Zhigang case in2003,public opinion on the internet has begun to have a profound impact on China’s judiciary. After that, there are court cases paid attention to and supervised by public opinion on the internet every year. From Liu Yong case in2003to Xu Ting case in2008, then Yao Jiaxin case, Li Changkui case in2011,and Wu Ying case in the early2012still in the judicial process, they are all supervised and involved by public opinion on the internet.The attention and supervision which public opinion on the internet has to the judiciary, can help prevent corruption in the judiciary, ensure the independence of the judiciary, and achieve the justice. On the other hand, because of its non-rational and moral critical characteristics in the process of its supervising judiciary, public opinion on the internet also appeared to undermine the authority of the judiciary and dispel beliefs of justice. Starting from the basic concepts of public opinion on the internet, the essay investigates the legitimacy, the process and the effect of public opinion on the internet supervising judiciary, deeply analyzes the double-sided impact of public opinion on the internet on judiciary.For understanding the contradictions that exist in the process of public opinion on the internet supervising judiciary further, the essay expounds the conflict and fit relationship between public opinion on the internet and judiciary in detail, at the same time, paving the way for building the interaction mechanism between public opinion on the internet and judiciary.In the last part, the essay conceives relations between public opinion on the internet and judiciary, then sorts and assesses Chinese interactive system of public opinion on the internet and judiciary. Because of the deficiencies in the system of China, the essay refers the U.S.experience to try to build our "amicus curiae" system, in order to solve the problem that exist in public opinion on the internet supervising judiciary.
