Our country is a big agricultural state, the most of population come from countryside, and the stability in countryside is a foundation of, thus plays a crucial role in the national governance and prosperous. The autonomy of villagers in countryside is the political direction of rural political pattern in China. Furthermore, the main means of rural political participation relies on the elections at the basic level how voters participate local political actions, which is the main degree to reflect the level of rural political development. In the study, the electoral politics in countryside and farmer participation are the two cardinal thread to be discussed in details.The study case in the thesis is ShuangduijiZhen, Suixi County, Huaibei City in Anhui province. The main questions in voting in countryside have been summarized. The electoral proceedings in voting, the lack of political consciousness in countryside and the unsolved problems from land compensation fund are the main causes to obstruct politics developing in the direction to the democracy. The township regime, governmental administration to supervise rural election, intervenes the voting results and have not licensed to local voters to the fullest, which results in political question. Theoretically, the role of township regime in countryside is "Main aid, Effective supervision" to escort the going of rural politics in the direction of democracy.To develop the political pattern of autonomy of villagers in countryside, the township regime should take some measures to make rural politics develop in the direction of democracy and autonomy. Political consciousness education of famers in countryside should be provided. The election procedure should be standardized. And the main work of the village committee office in post-election period should be supervised. All the jobs of the township regime are to make rural politics stable and booming.
