| In recent years, factions of interests rise gradually in the village, for scrambling the resources of village the factions of interests compete against each other that makes the rural community appeared some new problems, among the many problems the village authority recognition is a prominent problem.In the paper, theoretical assumption is that after the reform and opening up with the household contract responsibility system, the system of socialist market economy and system of villagers autonomy and a series of system foundation established, rural social structure has become more and more atomic. In such a system background and social structure, factions of interests have been forming in the village. The factions of interests rising and which compete against each other make the village authority recognition showed fragmentation characteristics. On the other hand, under the action of the factions the village was atomized society structure now that presents a new discretization characteristic.Based on above reasons, the paper stands in country and social perspective based on the case study about village authority recognition development of village X in Zhejiang Province, the research clue is the village factions changing, then from two dimensions, one is the influence of the national policy to village and the other is the development of village itself, analyzed the changes of the village authority recognition, discussed the main factors of prompting the village authority recognition changing as well as logical process behind it since twentieth Century. Among that, after the reform and opening up the factors that have affecting village authority recognition and its consequences are the focus of this paper.After serious analysis and studies the author pointed out finally, the village of atomization, factions in some degree caused the village authority recognition fragmentation and village social structure discretization. |
