Research For The Highway Project Resettlement Monitoring And Evaluation System Based On Sustainable Development

As the major public and infrastructure projects, the rapid development of highway projects has greatly promoted the development of road transport and the improvement of road network; it has optimized transport structure and effectively promoted China’s economic development and social progress. However, a large number of immigrants have emerged as the highway projects are developing rapidly. Resettlement which is an extremely complex and difficult but also particularly sensitive issue has been paid more attention by the community. The quality of the resettlement has become an important indicator of the highway’s quality and success. The research of resettlement of the highway project monitoring and evaluation system is good for the understanding of the importance of resettlement monitoring and evaluation and promoting the establishment and improvement of the highway projects with Chinese characteristics, resettlement monitoring and evaluation system.In this paper, the author defined meaning, content and principles of the resettlement of highway projects on the monitoring and evaluation system and analyzed the necessity and feasibility of building the highway project resettlement monitoring and evaluation system which is based on the analysis of existing literature and information and sustainable development as the guiding ideology. The author summarized the problems and defects of the existing highway project resettlement monitoring and evaluation system. Eventually, guided by the concept of sustainable development, the author built the highway project resettlement monitoring and evaluation system and established our highway project resettlement monitoring and evaluation system of institutional system, body system, indicator system and method system through the research of Ya Lu highway project resettlement monitoring and evaluation system which absorbed and drew on the experience and technique of advanced highway project resettlement monitoring and evaluation system.
